We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our facility. As the manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of exercise therapists and support staff.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with therapists to design personalized exercise programs for clients.
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing support for professional development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management or sports administration and management or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships.
- Knowledge of exercise therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in the community.
