His injury prevention and rehabilitation expertise has helped countless athletes overcome their physical limitations and achieve their goals.

As a renowned researcher on sports and doping issues in Kenya, Dr. Martin is a leading voice in the fight against performance-enhancing drugs in sports. He has also served as a high-performance trainer for the National Rugby teams (Sevens and Fifteens) between 2011 and 2013, where both teams excelled under his guidance.

He has also worked as a sports medicine lecturer in four universities, including Kenyatta University, Masinde Muliro University, Laikipia University, and Mount Kenya University.
